Lose the big house, gain great neighbours, best public schools (Bronte & Cloey), shit loads of interesting women w/kids, even closer to city, Paddo and the Jungo. The 'bogie hole' for the kids, on and on. And just a five min. drive back to Bondi, always there - like a first marriage really. Bronny Blonde…you just didn’t know it…

Lose the big house, gain great neighbours, best public schools (Bronte & Cloey), shit loads of interesting women w/kids, even closer to city, Paddo and the Jungo. The ‘bogie hole’ for the kids, on and on. And just a five min. drive back to Bondi, always there – like a first marriage really.
