About
The Bondi blonde has changed.
She started this column around six months ago, seeking truth and justice and a decent pair of shoes with brittle humour and an edge of barely-holding on sharpness.
She’s moved on from all of that, and now is looking for the bright and shining moments of love, joy, and happiness that are there, if we look for them hard enough.
Brave enough to show a little bit of vulnerability; she’ll still be funny, sometimes. But be warned, sometimes she’ll just want to write about a lovely day, a wonderful hug from a child or a perfect moment.
The writer is a journalist, juggling the school run with single parenthood. She’s having a ball discovering a different Sydney to the one she knew as a obliviously busy wife and mum. And she has only had her heart bruised a few times in the quest for truth, knowledge and the new ways of finding kindness in this often brutal town.
Join her on the journey. Reader requests for information will be considered.

Hey BB
Agreed that most middle aged men are either total duds or so clapped out that they can’t finish the job properly or both
But, surely all you need is a younger model, something proud and studly, enabling mutual satisfaction and the appropriate levels of attention
And the younger models won’t be flicking through the bureau to check the bank balances and determine whether the effort is worth the reward – long and short term
No, by way of locating the appropriate ‘Machine’ fishing for a good time start with throwing in your line
It’s surely a matter of finding where these car yards are and picking out the right model
Surf, motorcycle, sailing, car racing, fishing even
I know it’s not really what you are interested in but hey you have to compromise a little
Hell On Wheels, I’ve even been shoe shopping a few times in return for favours
Seek and You WILL FIND
